Senior Human Resources Manager
Kelley joined the JOI Team in 2021 as the East Coast HR Manager. Kelley now manages the HR functions for JOI, in multiple State locations, and the JOI HR Team. Kelley has 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. She is experienced in various State, Union relations and employment laws, as well as Human Resources Leadership, Operations Management, Coaching, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Consulting. Kelley is SHRM-CP and PHR certified.
Kelley enjoys traveling, dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Steve Credle
Human Resources Manager
Steve started his career with Job Options in 1990 stocking shelfs at the Miramar Commissary. His favorite memories are his first few days of training with Tom Vanderzee and Robert Steinert in the cereal aisle, where they and the entire team made noticeable efforts to ensure his success in a brand new environment. Their efforts paid off when Steve was moved to the corporate office, where he now manages his own team and continues what he learned in those first few days of training by ensuring the success of everyone in the Job Options family.

Michelle Harley

Michelle has worked for Job Options, Inc. since 2003. She started as the Receptionist and has grown with the Company, developing the JOI University and specializing in Training and Development and Administering UKG.

She loves spending time with her husband and their bird Scooter. Michelle loves karaoke, swimming, knitting, crafting, time with her family and can be found riding her RZR in the desert.
Don Terrell
Senior Human Resources Manager
Don’s job responsibilities at Job Options are centered on employee development. Joining the team in 2013 his background in leadership management took him into several developmental rolls, this position was a natural fit for him.
His roots are in Iowa as he grew up a couple of blocks away from Kinnick stadium. If he is not rooting for his beloved Hawks then you will find him on a golf course or rocking to his favorite musician John Mellencamp. He likes to spend his downtime with his favorite couch potato “Cooper” his rescue pooch.
Lorena Galvan
Human Resources Generalist
Lorena joined Job Options, Inc. in 2003 at the Sentri office and HR Team in 2006. She holds a BA in English Literature and an AA in American Sign Language. Lorena manages payroll among other essential HR duties. Her belief is that a learning mindset is a key to effectively adapt to changing needs in the workplace.
She loves to travel and enjoys taking walks with her Chihuahua, Lulu.
Heidi Terrell
Workers Compensation Manager
Heidi joined Job Options Inc. in 2013 making an exciting career change from corporate procurement and manufacturing to Human Resources specializing in Workers’ Compensation and claims management. Heidi enjoys the opportunity to work as a Team in HR doing our best to support our company’s biggest asset – it’s employees.
In her fun time Heidi loves the beach and family time with her two sons, new daughter in-law and her first grand-bundle of joy, Kaleigh.
Bill Helwig
Human Resources Generalist
Bill joined the JOI team in March 2017. He has a passion for helping people succeed. Bill’s background is in Restaurant Management Operations. It was a perfect fit for him to join JOI and transition into helping the Food Service Division train it’s new employees.
In Bill’s spare time, you will find he and his wife Susan in the mountains near Lake Arrowhead. Here they enjoy relaxing, recharging and the outdoor activities. Their two 4 legged children Takeda & Sierra travel with them as well.

Michael brought a welth of HR experience with him when he joined the Team in 2022. Michael has implemented some changes that have been appreciated by the employees.
Michael enjoys spending time with his family, extreme sports and after a long career with Job Option, he looks forward to retiring in El Encanto.

Yahaira joined the JOI HR Team in December 2020 as an HR Generalist. Yahaira earned her Criminal Justice Bachelor’s degree, has 13 years of HR experience, 11 of which were served in the military.
While she was born in San Diego, and calls it home, she spent a lot of time in Texas with her son. Some of her passions are her family, the military, running and her profession that allows her to help people.
Brianna Bender, SHRM-CP
Human Resources Generalist
Brianna joined the HR Team in September 2021 as an HR Generalist. She came on as a part of the Payroll Team and feels lucky to be a part of a Program like JOI, helping to continue with providing a positive impact on our employees. She is fortunate to be at a Company that encourages growth at all levels.
When Brianna is not in the Office, you can find her in a workout class, outdoors, or with her dog.
Karla Ramirez
Human Resources Generalist
Karla joined JOI in January 2021, while transitioning out of the Military. Karla began as a Human Resource Assistant and was promoted to HR Generalist in December 2021. Karla’s responsibilities include Payroll, On-boarding New Hires and translating for some of our Spanish speaking employees, she also holds a degree in Human Resource Management.
When she is not working, you can find her lost in a book, at the gym, cycling, running, or traveling with her family.
Sara Osborne
Human Resources Generalist
While Sara was working as a cashier auditing store receipts and pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, she was encouraged to become the Administrative Assistant and shortly after that, the HR Generalist for a Non-profit. Sara received her AA in Healthcare, but decided to continue a career in Human Resources, where she spent three years supporting the HR Department and another five years as an HR Generalist before joining JOI.
In her spare time, she can be found shooting hoops with her son, ushering her daughter through the city, watching a horror movie with her mother, listening to music, gardening, supporting family, friends and assisting with the homeless.

Roseanne Mcloughlin
Office Administrator
Rose has worked for Job Options, Inc. for over 25 years. She started at Camp Pendleton Commissary and transferred to the HR Department in 2000. She has worked in several HR duties before her current position as our Receptionist. As the face of Job Options, she’s committed to give exceptional customer service to our employee and clients.
Outside of work she loves taking Jackie, her dog, to the beach.
Lupe Rueda
Corporate Mainteance
Lupe has been with Job Options since October of 1999. He started his career at the Chula Vista Laundry Plant where he maintained the industrial laundry equipment for the entire plant. Continuing to use his troubleshooting skills, Lupe was transferred to the corporate staff in 2010 where he now maintains and repairs the janitorial equipment for all of Southern California.
In his off time, Lupe likes to go camping, kayaking, and bike riding.
Dawnyel Ganter

Dawnyel joined the HR Team, here at Job Options, in 2021 as a HR Assistant. Since working here, she has learned so much in the Recruiting area. She loves helping people and make a difference in their lives. She enjoys learning new things and spending time with her family.
The one thing she loves about Job Options is that there is so much room to grow. Dawnyel believes that the Company is amazing.
Ryan Wong
Human Resources Assistant
Ryan came to JOI through our Intern Program. Ryan learned every task he was given and soon became in invaluable member of the HR Team. Ryan became a permanent meber of the Team in December 2022.
When he is not learning a new toask or helping someone from JOI, Ryan likes to spend time with his family and walk his dog, Evie.
