Job Options is committed to the health and safety of our most valued assets, our employees. The key to having a successful safety program is to encourage employee engagement, which has been and continues to be our focus. We have a department dedicated to safety and as part of our ongoing efforts, we have launched a safety website for managers and line staff to use as a resource. It was designed specifically with our employees in mind to provide them with the latest information and efforts in safety. Through this portal, they are able to instantly access safety plans and programs, training material, guides and checklists, safety tips, suggestion forms, a photo gallery of events and promotions, and other valuable information. It also features a “Safety Wall of Fame” to give special recognition to our safety heroes who have gone above and beyond to cultivate a safe and healthy work environment for themselves and their peers.

Our safety department takes a proactive approach to managing safety for all of our sites and is constantly evolving to adapt to the ever-changing demands of each work environment. We work closely with each division and department to eliminate accidents, comply with contract requirements and regulatory laws, and to reduce workers’ compensation costs.
