Disabled Applicants
An individual with a disability must provide the appropriate documentation in reference to their disability prior to being interviewed.  They can refer to the form “Required Documentation.” This describes the type of documentation required for qualification.

The individual can bring the documentation in to the office, have the provider fax it, or mail it to the corporate office. The documentation will be reviewed, and if appropriate, the individual will be called for an appointment with the Human Resources Director.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
The following is the required documentation for the specific disabilities that we encounter most often. However, we will attempt to accommodate a variety of disabilities. If there are any questions on what documentation is needed for a disability not mentioned here, please contact Valorie Seidl at 619.688.1784.

PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITY:
