About Job Options
Real Jobs for Capable People
Job Options (JOI) was founded in 1987 with a mission of offering meaningful employment for people with disabilities. Most of our employees are drawn from our communities’ disabled ranks—people who take pride in their work—thereby contributing to society. Our success is a direct result of our employees’ dedication to serving our government and business customers with the highest degree of professionalism and quality services.
"I hope to employ Job Options personnel in more facilities and more frequently.
We give them opportunities to really show what great workers they are."
U.S. Protect Officer, San Ysidro Border Crossing
This year, Job Options celebrates twenty-five years in operation, continuing its commitment to offer beneficial work opportunities to hundreds of disabled, capable individuals who would otherwise be unable to find employment. Job Options’ clients include commercial and government businesses located in California, Utah and Georgia. Exemplary service is offered to clients through administrative services, building and custodial services, commissary and warehousing tasks, grounds/landscape maintenance, hospital environment services, hospitality and food services and linen and laundry services. Job Options’ success is the result of many dedicated, award-winning employees who go to work each day imbued with the pride of a job well done. The company is headquartered in San Diego, California.
